Today the Time Warner tech guy came over. I of course was at work but Harry was there. The tech guy did his thing but after he was finished he informed Harry that he couldn't find the problem. Regardless of him finding the problem whatever they did worked and our
internet is free flowing.. Download speed has tripled and our upload speed, though slower then Nov., has improved to reasonable speed. So we're not sure if it's fixed or not but Harry is happy that it's working... so I guess this story is to be continued...
